Discreet Delivery

Faire L’amour will deliver your order discreetly to your door, anywhere in South Africa within 24 to 72 hours.

Your order will be delivered to you in unbranded packaging – (Very Discreet).

Every order is always treated with the utmost discretion & confidentiality

FREE delivery to anywhere in South Africa when your order total is above R500.00.

Flat Rate delivery fee of R120.00 will be added to all orders below R500.00.

After you have successfully placed your order online, a parcel tracking number will be issued to you via email within 12 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays).

Delivery times within main cities such as Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth & Cape Town is 24 – 72 hours.

Expected delivery time in outlying areas & smaller towns is up to 120 hours.

Payment Information

Secure payment options are available to simplify your shopping experience online at Faire L’amour.

Card payments are processed via payfast. When paying for your order with a card, please select this option on checkout & you will be redirected to a secured online payment page hosted by payfast to complete the payment.

We accept Master Card’s, Visa Cards & Instant EFT.

Card payments will show up on your bank statement as Payfast!

You may also want to pay for your order via EFT bank transfer, when using this option for payment please note that your order will only ship once payment has cleared in our bank account or once proof of payment has been received.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the defective product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of the original purchase of the product to qualify for a refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.  Please supply proof of purchase. The only time we will credit stock is IF we do not have the item available.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

Sales Items

  • Only regular price items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We will only replace defective stock .You can only exchange it for the same item.

Shipping

  • Kindly contact us for details to which you will need to return your product
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund
  • Please ensure all items are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
